SETTING THE MARRIAGE DATE:

The date of the marriage should be set with the Priest before reserving the reception area.

Sundays are the primary marriage day. When scheduling your wedding date, please be aware that no marriages are permitted during the following days & fasting periods:

1. All Wednesday & Fridays during the year, other than the Holy Fifties during Glorious Resurrection.
2. From November 24th (Eve of the Nativity Fast) until 7th of January.
3. Sunday before Great Lent through and till The Resurrection Day.
4. Pentecost Sunday.
5. The eve of or during the Apostles’ Fast after Pentecost.
6. The Fast of St. Mary, from 7th August-22nd August.
